Sweet Sleep Tincture
When the day has been long and your mind is still humming, Sweet Sleep is your little bottle of nighttime calm. This soothing herbal blend brings together three traditional sleep-supporting herbs—Valerian root, Skullcap, and Chamomile—all organically grown and carefully extracted to create a deeply relaxing nighttime tincture.
🌿 Valerian Root — The powerhouse of the blend. Valerian has been traditionally used to quiet the nervous system, encourage relaxation, and support restful sleep. It’s especially beloved for those nights when your body is tired but your mind just won't settle down.
🌿 Skullcap — A classic nervine herb traditionally used to calm nervous tension and an overactive mind. Skullcap brings a gentle, grounding quality to this blend and pairs beautifully with Valerian.
🌼 Chamomile — The soft, comforting herb that rounds everything out. Traditionally used to ease tension, promote relaxation, and prepare the body and mind for rest. Chamomile brings a familiar, peaceful sweetness to the blend.
Together, these herbs create a deeply calming nighttime formula designed to help you unwind, quiet the day's noise, and settle into restful sleep.
Each bottle is handcrafted in small batches at Tinker House Apothecary, using organic herbs extracted in 95% alcohol and distilled water. No fillers, no unnecessary ingredients—just three time-honored herbs and a little herbal magic.
Suggested use: Take 1–3 mL about 30–60 minutes before bedtime. Start with the lower end to see how your body responds.
