Midlife Meadow

A nourishing herbal blend to support your body through peri-menopause and menopause. Helps to reduce hot flashes, mood swings, decrease cortisol levels, and for those still having a cycle this blend can help to regulate it. Let's work WITH our bodies through this beautiful transition of being a woman! I would highly recommend pairing this tincture with the Graceful Rhythm tea blend to receive the full spectrum benefits these powerful plants offer!

Vitex Berry (Vitex agnus-castus), also known as chaste tree berry, is a small peppercorn-like fruit traditionally used to support women’s reproductive health. Native to the Mediterranean region, it has been valued for centuries for its ability to help balance the menstrual cycle and ease discomfort associated with hormonal fluctuations. Vitex is believed to work by gently influencing the pituitary gland, which plays a key role in regulating progesterone and estrogen. Because of this action, it is often used to support PMS, menstrual irregularities, fertility, and the natural transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Vitex is not a fast-acting herb; rather, its benefits develop gradually with consistent use over time.

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a deeply restorative adaptogen, long treasured in herbal traditions for its ability to help the body adapt to stress and restore balance. Known for promoting calm energy, steady vitality, and resilience, it nourishes both mind and body when life feels overwhelming or depleted. For women, ashwagandha is especially supportive during times of hormonal transition—whether easing perimenopausal changes, encouraging restful sleep, or balancing mood and energy through the cycle. Its grounding nature also makes it a trusted ally for adrenal and thyroid support, helping restore strength from within.

Red Clover Blossoms (Trifolium pratense) is a nourishing herb long valued for women’s wellness. Naturally rich in phytoestrogens, it may help support hormonal balance during times of transition such as perimenopause and menopause. Red Clover is also abundant in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium, making it a restorative tonic for overall vitality. Traditionally, it has been used as a gentle lymphatic cleanser, helping to encourage healthy detoxification and circulation within the body.

Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) has a long history of use in supporting women’s hormonal health, especially during perimenopause and menopause. Known for its gentle phytoestrogen-like effects, it may help ease hot flashes, mood swings, and other discomforts tied to hormonal shifts. Black Cohosh is also valued as a nutritive tonic, offering trace minerals that support the body’s overall strength and resilience. In traditional herbalism, it has been used to promote healthy circulation and lymphatic flow, aiding the body’s natural detoxification processes. ( this ingredient is currently void due to it being out of stock but I will add it back as soon as it's done macerating!)

Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) is a calming, heart-centered herb traditionally used to ease tension and support emotional balance. Its name reflects its long-standing role in caring for women, particularly during times of hormonal transition, menstruation, and postpartum recovery. Known for its nervine and relaxing qualities, Motherwort helps soothe anxiety, restlessness, and stress, while also gently supporting healthy circulation and heart function.

Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) is a bright, uplifting herb long cherished for its calming and restorative effects. With its gentle lemony aroma and flavor, it has been used traditionally to ease stress, soothe the nervous system, and promote restful sleep. For women, lemon balm offers support during times of hormonal fluctuation, helping to calm mood swings, ease tension, and bring a sense of balance and peace.
